Ingredients
1 cup strong brewed coffee or 4 shots of espresso
3 Tbsp. cacao powder
2 – 3 Tbsp. honey
1 can coconut milk
6 Tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions
In a blender combine coffee, cacao, honey and coconut milk and blend on high speed until foamy.
Allow to cool.
Add 2 Tbsp of chia seeds to 3 jars or bowls and pour equal amount of mocha mix into each one.
Stir and leave puddings in the fridge to firm up (at least an hour).
